It's silly season again! Over the past week and a bit
I've been hurtling through the depths of soutern Italy. Starting out in the
mafia capital of Sicilly I road biked around Europe's biggest and most active
Volcano - Etna - before cruising the craters just bellow the summit on my
mountain bike.
From here it was a clutch burning road trip to
the Amalfi Coast, for some biking along Europe's finest coastline before climbing
to the crater and summit of Mount Vesuvius on the way back to the airport.
Currently I'm washing the smalls and changing
tyres before hitting the road again at the weekend - destination Cuba, so
keep an eye out here in a couple of weeks time for tales of rum, cigars, salsa
and hopefully a great bike trip around the island...
