When the jungle drums don't beat its time to try something new! For those of you who have been looking for Tour de Borneo updates then I'm afraid you'll have to wait. Just as I rolled up at the airport I got a call to say the event had been postponed at the eleventh hour. But being as I was about to board the flight I decided to head east anyway. After a bout of tropical flu I resurfaced to do some biking around KL, (Swapping sheep and squirrels for monkeys) before test riding a Formula 1 powerboat, which has shown up early for the Malaysian round of the World Championships, so if anybody wants any onboard pics get in touch.
Meantime I'm making a brief excursion to Sabah (Borneo) to drink sweet tea
and Tiger beer with friends, from there, who knows, it depends on the powers
that be, and maybe the weather.......
