Just before boarding the big white bird for the journey home I managed to catch up with the Langkawi Ironman Triathlon, not taking part of course - these triathlons would be okay if they dropped the running and swimming bits. Mens winner was world record holder Luc Van Lierde of Belgium, and I have some nice arty pix of him if anyone wishes to purchase them...
