Wales;

Switzerland; a winters ride around the stunning
Valais region truly spectacular high mountains and lots of snow. Riding
high through the snow walls on the border passes around Furka and San Gottado.
Alps; riding the high passes of the Tour de France, truly challenging and awesome rides and stories from mall over the Alps, including my 24 hour non stop ride around the highest peaks in the Alps and Pyrenees.
Pyrenees; the classic coat to coast Raid Pyrenean ride taking in 43 cols in a 100 hour epic.

Taking on the mighty Angliru climb famous from the Vuelta a Espana,

and old cars all the way on a classic road bike journey through the pearl
of the Caribbean.

Wales;

Sierra Nevada; Spains highest mountain range. Awesome high level riding along the snowline. Combined with the Alpujarras, on the sunny side of the range there is fantastic biking here, and great multi day tours in to time forgotten lands. Great pictures and experiences.

Norway; a stunning high mountain journey along Norway's most famous route - the Rallevegen, or the Navvies Road as it's better known. Snow capped peaks, steam trains, fjords and fantastic riding are found along this classic route.
Greece; a bash around the single-track of Mount Parnitha and the Olympic MTB course before shredding down through the trails and back roads to bike right around Athens city centre - beneath the imposing sight of the Acropolis.
Austria; the hills really are alive in the Austrian Tyrol. Fantastic freeride trails, bike parks, high mountain ridge rides and lots of flugels to go!
Trentino, Italy; ridge riding and bone breaking descents in the stunning Dolomite mountains.
South Africa; from the street riding and dirt jumping of Capetown, around Table Mountain and through the fantastic trails of the Winelands north through the Overberg, along the Garden Route, to the deserts of the Karoo and more, I've got the lot - including inside stories from the Cape Epic bike adventure race.
Iceland; riding into the midnight sun. Okay, so it was winter but that made my ride out with the Icelandic Mountain Bike Club all the more special. Snow capped mountains, brenavin, lost in the dark and Viking girls, great!
Colorado;

track and stunning scenery wildflowers and high mountains

Arizona; Sedona, red rock trail capital of the Southwest. Huge red rock mountains and slickrock spiced with dusty single track and the magic of Vortex.
Moab; what can I say? Mountain bike Mecca, huge red rock and awesome slickrock.
Utah; the Wasatch mountains are just out of Salt Lake City, and have some of the best and most stunning single track in the whole state. Dear Valley and Snowbird have miles of great trails. Great pictures riding single track through the aspen trees, and climbing through alpine meadows beneath snow capped peak
Malaysia; wild jungle riding and encounters with local aboriginal make this a great and colourful biking adventure along trails that have never seen mountain bikes before, until I got lost that was.
Borneo; sandy coastal roads through coconut plantations and fishing kampungs, swamp cruising, misty high mountain jungle trails, wild animals and jungle survival a great epic biking adventure in the land of the Wild Man.
Morocco;
a tour into the northern Rif mountains - definitely not the Atlas! These are
the mountains the guide book says not to visit kiff growers, mafia,
stoning from locals, and riding on trails where no white man, let alone biker,
has ever been thrilling adventure.
The Atlas; a multi day tour through the beautiful Atlas Mountains. Painted rocks, Berber bashes and fantastic riding right through.
Nepal; a cultural ride around the Kathmandu Valley, climbing high into colonial hill resorts, visiting ancient temples and racing rickshaws in this splendid mountain kingdom.
Pakistan; epic ride across the worlds highest plateau, ending in disaster when the monsoons set in and I ended up stranded and sick, the great escape.
Gibraltar; biking with the apes on the high trails of this Pillar of Hercules.
Japan; riding the dirt and mountain roads around Kyushu and Kyoto, and downhilling and street riding high above Osaka.
Egypt; riding high above the Valley Of The Kings and cruising the Nile while dodging real live tomb raiders.
Dominican Republic; tropical trails and gallons of rum while riding out through the Caribbean jungle paradise.
Cuba; multiple tours to every corner of this island paradise; from the streets of Havana to the deserted dirt coastal roads of the south, through to Che's secret hide out and on to the amazing mogotes and tobacco plantations of Pinar del Rio.

Valetta
Pass winter crossing; crossing Spains highest mountain pass during
mid winter. Totally unprepared we set off on a dangerous mission which
almost turned to disaster. Over 4 hours of carrying a bike up the ski slopes,
then over the top another 9 hours of no food and water, avalanches,
storms, ice, and eventually darkness. We just about made it with bleeding
faces from the sunburn. Great pictures and high drama guaranteed.
Towering down; the mad cap story of my pioneering ride down the Kuala Lumpur Tower, the 4th highest in the world. Lots of steps and lots of rumble and tumble.
Kinabalu record; a none stop record attempt which succeed to break the record for riding on the summit of South East Asias highest peak, the majestically high Mt Kinabalu in Borneo.
Hash; a ride out with the Kuala Lumpur MTB Hash. This is where hash started, a kind of social orienteering/paper chase on bikes, always ending with much beer drinking bike hash groups now all over the world. Details of how to start your own hash etc. Very unusual.
Mount Etna: riding through the lava fields and craters to the summit of the Sicillian beast, and Europe's most active of volcanos.
El Chorro; a mad mountain bike ride and carry along the worlds scariest single track. A decaying catwalk along a dramatic gorge, clinging to wires, with huge drops bellow amazing and scary images, very visual.
Rickshaw Wallah; I take over a rickshaw in central Kathmandu, 3 wheels hurtling between the temples, much to the horror of the locals.

Keirin; a unique and exclusive look
into the fascinating and bizarre world of keirin racing in Japan, from the
top secret keirin school to the gambling and ritual of the racing itself.
Others; pictures and stories from the Swiss
Army Bike Corps, various extreme races, at home and on the trail with top
racers and industry figures. Tales from my rides down the Cresta Run, setting
the MTB Lands End John OGroats record, riding along the
Aonach Eagach Ridge and setting the MTB land speed record, street riding and

Wales;
superb year round adventures on two feet and clinging from your fingertips
from all around the Welsh mountains. Stock stories include; Snowdon Horseshoe
in the snow, scrambling Crib Goch and Tryfan, and just about every other mountain
in Snowdonia including the stunning Cadair Idris. Even Snow shoeing
over Plynlimon can be found. Outside of the national park are ambles through
the Berwyn Mountains and the Vale of Llangollen. Moving southwards to the
Brecons and the panoramic Pen Y Fan also features on an extensive Welsh cairn
pile of stock words and pictures.
